Need help with technology? Stymied by the internet? Want to learn to use Facebook, edit pictures, or search Google effectively? Intrigued by ebooks, streaming video, and accessing audio books?
Visit our Tech Tips video tutorials on our YouTube Channel here
for help accessing specific eLibrary resources and navigating our website.
We’re also currently offering remote, one-on-one help sessions only.
These appointments last for up to one hour and will focus on your most pressing issue related to
- basic computing tasks and popular platforms
- accessing and navigating eLibrary resources
*Please note: Because of the remote nature of this work to meet our re-opening safety requirements during COVID-19, we are NOT providing assistance with computer hardware problems and are going to be more limited on any software assistance.
How it works:
Request an appointment by calling any ACPL library location, and share your preference for using Google Meet, Zoom, or phone. (You may use a library computer during your appointment as needed, but the tech help will still be remote due to safety requirements.)
A staff member will record your name, contact info, and a brief description of your tech training needs. Sarie, our Technoloy Training Librarian, will get back to you to set up an appointment. You can also reach her at email@example.com.
