Meeting Rooms

Library meeting rooms are free for use by community groups, non-profits, civic groups, or individuals. See also: Meeting room policy (includes rules and guidelines).

Meeting spaces may be booked on a first come, first serve basis and may be reserved up to two months in advance. To reserve a meeting room, please contact one of the libraries listed below. Note: You can also create an online account and make reservations on your own when prompted by your first reservation confirmation email. 

The Nelsonville Library

Large meeting room

  • Equipment available: DVD player, laptop, digital projector, screen, dry erase board/easel, and internet access.

Small conference room

  • Capacity: 10

  • 70″ television, PC laptop with HDMI and VGA cords, portable digital projector, DVD/BluRay, and internet access.

The Plains Library

  • Capacity: 35
  • Equipment available: 70″ Smart television with mirroring technology and Google Play, BluRay/DVD player, Apple TV with AirPlay technology, Presentation-grade sound system, Wireless microphone system. Hookups: HDMI, PC/VGA, Audio, Ethernet, and wireless Internet. Easel, dry erase board, speaker’s podium, kitchenette with mini-fridge, and coffee service.

The Glouster Library

  • Capacity: 35
  • Equipment available: Internet access, kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee service.
