Meeting Rooms

Athens County Public Libraries are free for use by non-profit civic and educational groups during regular library hours. Meeting spaces may be booked on a first come, first serve basis, and may be reserved up to two months in advance. To reserve a meeting room, please contact one of the libraries listed below. The Nelsonville Library

• Capacity: 70
• Equipment available: Television, VCR, digital projector, overhead projector, projection screen,
  and dry erase board/easel.

• Large Meeting Room, Capacity: 75
• Small Meeting Room, Capacity: 12
• Equipment available: Television, DVD/VCR, digital projector and projection screen, internet hookup, kitchenette and coffee service.

• Equipment available: Television, DVD/VCR, overhead projector, easel, dry erase board, speaker’s podium, projection screen, internet hookup, kitchenette with mini-fridge, and coffee service.
