Self-Defense for Women and Girls with Cheryl Cesta

This second of two 90 minute sessions will cover five areas of prevention, including verbal and physical skills to reduce risk and resist against a sexual or personal assault.

All women and girls age 10 and over are welcome to attend both sessions, but attendance at both is not required.

Cheryl has over 30 years of experience teaching women, girls and special populations personal safety and self defense.
