Library Board Information

The Board of Trustees of the Nelsonville Public Library meets regularly on the third Tuesday of every month. Meetings are held in various Athens County libraries. Meetings are open to the public. Each meeting sets aside time for members of the public to comment. The schedule for 2010 is as follows:

• September 21, 2010, at 4:00 pm at the Nelsonville Public Library
• October 19, 2010, at 4:00 pm at the Wells (Albany) Public Library
• November 16, 2010, at 4:00 pm at the Nelsonville Public Library
• December 14*, 2010, at 4:00 pm at the The Plains Public Library. *2nd Tuesday

Members of the board are chosen by the Nelsonville-York School Board. The term is seven years.
